We are happy you came to visit us.  We hope to keep in touch with family and friends via this website and blog.

This year, 2011,  has been an eventful one.  We were saddened when Dave’s mother, Ruth, died in January after a very brief illness.  In March, we visited our daughter, Bethany, in Polewali, Indonesia, where she was serving a year as a Fulbright Fellow.  We celebrated Carolyn’s graduation from seminary with an M.Div. degree in May, but

won’t enter the call process now until October.  We just spent a wonderful Fourth of July weekend with Dan and Emily visiting.
